Every plan starts with a conversation.

Nothing is decided before we talk. You describe what's been going on, I explain how I approach care, and together we figure out if it's a good fit — at no cost, and with no pressure to continue.

There's more than one way to begin.

Wherever you're starting from.

Choose whichever fits your situation, and I'll show you exactly what the next steps look like.

What every plan is built on.

Four pieces of care that work together, evaluation, medication management, telehealth access, and whole-person support, built around what you actually need.

Initial psychiatric evaluation

Your first visit is a chance to walk through your history, symptoms, and goals in detail. From there, we settle on a working diagnosis and a treatment approach you actually understand before you leave.

Typical length 60 min

Medication management

When medication is appropriate, your symptoms, history, and goals are evaluated carefully before anything is recommended — then adjusted based on how you're actually responding, not how the plan was supposed to go.

Follow-ups 25–30 min

Telehealth appointments

Every visit happens over secure video, so care fits into your day wherever you are — no commute, no waiting room, and no need to explain yourself to a receptionist first.

Where Anywhere

Whole-person, holistic planning

Treatment goes beyond a prescription. Depending on what you need, your plan may include lifestyle recommendations, stress-reduction strategies, and referrals to therapy — aimed at lasting wellness, not just symptom relief.

Cadence Yours

Your beliefs are welcome in the room.

Faith-informed care

Care that takes your spiritual and cultural context seriously isn't an afterthought here — it's part of building a plan that actually fits how you live.

Struggling doesn't mean you're failing spiritually.

A mental health condition can exist alongside a strong faith practice. Treating one doesn't require setting aside the other.

Religious practices are worked around, not worked against.

Fasting, prayer schedules, and other observances are part of the conversation when we talk about timing and medication.

Your questions get answered plainly.

What's in a medication, what the alternatives are, and why something is recommended — explained clearly, without needing to justify why it matters to you.

Family and community context matters.

Stigma, expectations, and questions of privacy are real parts of your care, not side issues.

This part of care is always optional, never assumed. Patients who'd rather leave faith out of the conversation are welcomed the same way, and care here is open to any background or belief.

For anyone who wants community-specific support alongside psychiatric care, I also keep a working list of trusted referral resources, including Naseeha Mental Health, the Khalil Center, and the Muslim Association for Psychological Services (MAPS).

Support before, during, and long after birth.

Maternal mental health

Pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood bring emotional shifts that are often brushed off as ordinary.

These changes affect mood and can interact with medication in ways that deserve real planning, not guesswork.

01

Before pregnancy

If you're already taking medication and thinking about pregnancy, that conversation is worth having ahead of time, not after a positive test.

02

During pregnancy

Anxiety and depression during pregnancy are common and frequently undertreated. Stopping medication abruptly carries its own risks worth discussing openly.

03

The early weeks postpartum

This is when postpartum depression and anxiety most often surface — and when new parents have the least time to ask for help.

04

Beyond the first few months

Postpartum difficulties don't have an expiration date. Support continues for as long as it's useful, including through future pregnancies.
